Returns

All bicycle returns must be within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

All other returns must be within 30 days for a full refund.

Please redeem store credits within a year.

Refunds

All purchases will be refunded to your original method of payment. You may also choose to receive store credit or exchange your item.

All items purchased with store credit can only be exchanged or returned as store credit.

Recycled Cycles will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
