The weather outside is boiling. Seattle is a great town but it is unprepared for two things..too much snow and too much heat. Please remember to use sunscreen, eat while you ride and drink plenty of water.

If you are planning a visit to the shop remember we do not have air conditioning. The lines get long on the weekends and when it is hot everyone moves slowly. Please do come by for a visit but don't expect to walk into the cold store a break from the heat.

The staff have unique ways to stay cool. Paul freezes his hat, and Skip will dunk his head in the shower. Perhaps the most surprising way the staff cools off is swimming in Portage Bay. Many ten minute breaks are taken by floating on noodles and doing back flips off the dock.
